Our suppliers will ship your product directly from the factory to you.
The delivery time will be between 10 to 25 business days.
If there are customs delays and the order is held in Brazil, this period until clearance does not count as the delivery time.
We take care to choose suppliers who not only offer competitive prices and quality but also expedite the shipping time.
After the specified period has passed, we recommend that you contact the postal service to clarify the reason for the delay.
If the postal service does not have possession of your order, please contact us immediately so that we can check with our suppliers.
Upon confirming that there is a logistics problem with your order, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase immediately, after these verification steps.
The tracking code for your purchase will be sent by email between 5 to 10 business days after the confirmation of your order.
If you chose the Boleto Bancário (bank slip) option for your order, the time between payment and bank clearance can take up to 5 business days.
